Milk Room, located on the second floor of the Chicago Athletic Association and operated by Land and Sea Dept., is an exclusive, eight-seat micro bar serving beverage director Paul McGee’s menu of classic, spirit-forward cocktails utilizing extremely rare and vintage spirits and hard to find ingredients.
